Costa Rica Canet Musician Series - Bach (Raisin Honey process)
Costa Rica Canet is very famous for its Musician Series with their coffee named after the famous musicians. Each series has its own distinct flavour and character just like their music.
Raisin Honey process has very high failure rate due to its complexity on its processing method. Once the coffee cherries being harvested, it will sent to dry on african beds to ferment until to the optimal quality, the skin of the coffee cherries is removed and the mucilage is retained. The cherries will sent for further drying.
The texture of this coffee is very floral and fruity. The strong fragrance of brandy and whisky with hints of rose and cherry. This batch is limited and grab one while stocks last.
